About The Venus Method
The Venus Method is an original methodology based on the integration of body, soul, and psyche, shaped and developed through thirty years of personal experience, learning, and practice.
The method combines movement, nutrition, fascia work, yoga, work with feminine energy and the sacral area, as well as movement practices that support spinal health. Its holistic approach encompasses supporting nervous system health and working with the nervous system, psychological self-exploration, energy healing, Reiki, and chakra work.
The foundation of this methodology is the recognition that mental well-being, emotional balance, physical well-being, and self-awareness are closely interconnected. They influence one another, and none can be entirely separated from the others.
Who Is Behind The Venus Method?
I have been actively involved in sports since the age of seven, when I also began my dance training, starting with jazz ballet, followed by classical ballet and stage dance. Over the years, I have worked with many different dance styles, all of which have contributed to shaping my perspective on movement, self-expression, and my relationship with my own feminine energy.
Through movement, I discovered that it is more than a physical activity: it can become a meaningful means of self-discovery, emotional expression, and experiencing femininity. My dance instructor training and teaching experience further shaped this perspective and deepened my understanding of how movement can support self-expression and inner connection.
At the age of eight, I began exploring the workings of the subconscious mind and psychology, followed by the study of nutrition.
During my recovery from several serious illnesses, I developed and applied my own techniques, drawing on personal experience and listening to my body’s signals. Movement therapy and music therapy played a central role in this process and contributed significantly to my recovery.
These experiences shaped my understanding of the relationship between physical movement, music, emotional well-being, and psychological self-awareness. They also laid the foundations of The Venus Method, in which movement and music are integral to a holistic approach based on the unity of body, soul, and psyche.

The Venus Method is the result of decades of personal experience, continuous learning, professional development, and a deeply personal journey of recovery and self-discovery.
